How can I order with you?

Can I change my order?
Yes, if the order is not sent, just contact our customer support and they will take care of it.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you used the wrong delivery address or just want to change it, please let us know, we can either redirect it or change the address.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes almost always. But if the order is shipped, we will not refund shipping.
Is there a minimum order?
No, you can buy all available products on our site.
I have not received an order confirmation.
If your order went through, an order confirmation will be sent. Check your spam email. Maybe you used the wrong e-mail, so contact us if it is.
Where can I see what I ordered?
You will always be able to see it on your order confirmation.
If you created an account, you can also log in and view the status and ordered products.
How long can I return my item?
You can return your item for up to 30 days after you receive or collect it. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. When purchasing goods, the original packaging can be a significant part of the value of the product. Therefore, always remember to return the packaging. Once the item has been received, researched and approved in our warehouse, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.
It is important that the item is properly wrapped when you return it to us.

How can I return my damaged/wrong item?
You can complain about a defective or damaged item. The complaint must include a description of the error as well as an image of the same.
The complaint must be made 9 days after the goods have been delivered. The complaint must include an image of the damaged item.

How do I get my money back?
Once we receive your item, you will receive an email confirming the return. We transfer the purchase amount back to the account with which the item was purchased. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the return amount to another account.

We ship to all of Europe.
Which delivery companies do you use?
We use DHL, GLS, PostNord & Dascher, sometimes we use our logistics partner for larger furniture.
In stock it only takes 2-3 days.
Delivery times can be very different, on smaller products it should take no more than a week if it is not in stock.
For larger or special products, there may be 2-4 weeks delivery time.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over DKK 300 are free shipping. Except for Switzerland, there will be a price depending on order size.
How can I pay my order?
You can choose between PayPal, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay or bank transfer.
Is it safe to insert my personal data?
Yes, absolutely, we do not have access to anything but your address.
When do you withdraw the payment?
We withdraw the money when the order is shipped.
